If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged items please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

To request a refund simply email us at kindspiritssoaps@yahoo.com with the subject line "Product Issue," and include clear images of damaged product for our review.

Once we receive your request, we will assess the product issue and its photos. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement product at no additional cost.
